7 Days to Die: Error del juego

Tengo un amigo con el que intente jugar esto, pero hay un problema, cuando el intenta generar un nuevo mundo simplemente se queda colgado sin ninguna opcion sin cargar nada, y cuando se intenta unir a mi server le sale este error:

pasa SIEMPRE que se intenta unir a mi partida o crear un mundo nuevo, cabe destacar que tenemos el juego pirata y tiene Win 7 si nesecitais mas informacion para diagnosticar el problema solo diganme.
