SMITE: Ayuda porfavor failed to install the hi-rez studios authenticate and update service

Bueno yo ya estava jugando smite pero la mande a formatear y todo eso cuando me la entregaron intente descargar nuevamente smite pero cuando estoy descargando el Hi-Rez al fina me aparece esto failed to install the hi-rez studios authenticate and update service y no se que hacer porfavor tengo windows 8.1 porfavor ayuda

Despistarla el pack de service  de panel de cotrol y ya con este progama:your Unin-Instaled.
