The King of Fighters XIV: Problema de Volcado de Memoria

El problema es el que se ve en la img, se me crean archivos .dmp en la carpeta del juego, y esos mismos se crean cuando se cierra el juego, cada vez que estoy jugando y hago una especial o termino una pelea se cierra el juego!! que sera, alguien me puede ayudar?
