Me sale este error con Punkbuster...

Ya le envie un msj al correo que sale en el manual de FarCry2 y no me lo han contestado......
Le acabo de enviar un msj a Punk buster en su pag oficial espero que me lo contesten
Nadie a podido solucionar este error?
