Grand Theft Auto IV: Problema con el Social Club

Hola buenas, me compré todos los GTA por la oferta de 7.50 en Steam, y me puse a bajar mods para el IV, y resulta que ya no puedo entrar al Social club cuando arranco el juego, me dice que esta no disponible temporalmente, no sé si es coincidencia o si la he liado yo con los mods, la cosa es que los he reinstalado a ver si se arreglaba el problema y me persiste.
Alguien me puede ayudar? Al menos que alguien me diga  si puede entrar al Social Club para saber si soy el único con este problema, que el juego me funciona, pero sin el multijugador.

Edito: He mirado en los foros de Steam, parece que el problema es general.

Put the RGSC in your GTA Directory: Choose your OS

32bit:

GTA IV: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv

EFLC: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv episodes from liberty city

64 bit:

GTA IV: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv

EFLC: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv episodes from liberty city

Go inside the RGSC folder and run the setup.exe install the files and default path. If you get Unable Compatibilty of some sort, update your drivers than re-install.

Once installed on desktop. Im pretty sure this is only for Win 7 & Vista.
NOTE: Window XP users don't have to select Compatibility mode.

1. Right click on ''Rockstar Game Social Club'' go to properties and select under Run compatibility mode as: Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) then press OK

2. Once done, launch Rockstar Game Social Club, accept terms and conditions, login then exit the RGSC.exe application.

3. Launch GTA than wait in the main menu before you start your game, then minimize GTA. Then launch RGSC app from desktop then minimize RGSC then maximize GTA again then go into your game.. use your phone and select multiplayer.

NOTE: Window XP people don't have to select Compatibility mode.
This isn't officially 100% working. But does work for alot of people. Good luck and you're welcome :>
