Problema chromecast

Os dejo el mensaje que eh puesto en el foro de google,de momento,sin respuesta,a ver si alguno me podeis hechar una mano.

*before all,my pc can run this extension,so it isnt the problem.

im trying to add this both google cast extensions (I had them yesterday and they worked for me),but today i had to format my pc and its just imposible to add it for my chrome.

for google cast (beta) extension,at i can click add chrome button,but it didnt works.
for google cast extension,addd chorme button its grey and i cannot clikc on him.

pls any help for this?;some one told me this: 
go to  "chrome://flags/#media-router" and  then disable the option with the same name,and its supossed to see the first one and marked in yellow.

but i dont see no one marked in yellow.
PLS HELP i used this extension dialy,i really need(dont want the phone extension,need this from pc)
