La revista Famitsu ha sometido a referéndum los juegos más esperados por parte de los usuarios japoneses y los resultados son los esperados: quieren Persona 5 y Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. Le siguen Final Fantasy XV, Hyrule Warriors y Kingdom Hearts III. Super Smash Bros. para Nintendo 3DS está en sexta posición, sin embargo, la versión para WiiU no aparece en el top-30 hasta la posición 16, con bastantes votos de diferencia.
